Welcome to the Blog!

Welcome to my blog!  As many of you saw in my Holiday letter, one of the areas I was going to really focus on in 2012 was more education and communication.  With information being transmitted instantly due to internet, social media and television, I feel it is my duty to provide more communication.  I am extremely excited to make this apart of my practice and will welcome any feedback from readers.

This blog serves as way to communicate a variety of topics:

  • Current Economic conditions and how they affect you,
  • Investment risk management,
  • Global events and market trends,
  • Personal finance, retirement income planning,
  • Expose some of the “traps” that many investors fall victims too,
  • A little bit about me and my family and any additional information I feel useful.

My goal is to make a few posts throughout the month on what I feel is beneficial.  I have a message that I want to get out and hope this will allow me to share that.  There are a couple things that I ask of you as readers, subscribers and clients:

  • If you think there is a topic you would like to hear more about let me know.
  • If you know someone who would benefit from this, pass their email address along and I will gladly add them (or have them contact me).

As stated in my holiday letter, I am focused on growing my practice over the next couple of years.  Right now I feel I am fortunate to deal with a great group of clients.  I also feel I am providing ideas and value not every financial professional is doing.  If you know someone who would benefit from talking with me, please pass this along.  There are no obligations on anyone’s part.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone for your support and help.  I truly look forward to making a difference.

Matt
